I've worked in the Tech space for 8+ years from Engineering to Consulting to Product Management, and have mentored several students and aspirants interested in getting into IT/Tech. I've also given a talk to 300+ student on different Tech careers, and actively teach new comers in Canada the skills that will help them move into IT fields. Having done all that, I understand what it takes to get into the IT industry and I'm now looking forward to reaching more individuals break into the IT/Tech industry through this platform.

Behavioral Interviews are a proven way to assess a persons motivations, characteristics, and cultural fit in an organization. They reveal a persons ability to adapt, communicate, and grow. Unlike technical questions, there are no right or wrong answers. The candidates are often asked how they handled different situations.
