As a seasoned executive in the tech industry, one of my passions is mentoring and coaching folks to get the best out of their career! Global clients are welcome and I have a strong track record of diversity in my teams, so I am more than happy to help navigate some of the more daunting issues in career development for those so challenged. I've seen it all!

I really needed help figuring out my next steps finding a job. I was finding it difficult to find a job since I only wanted part-time work and to move into a different industry. Andy was able to focus in and take a deep dive into my skills and talents both soft skills and hard skills and discovered what those are. Since I didn't know what I wanted to do he looked at all my abilities. He provided websites to check out, lots of places to look for jobs I hadn't considered, and gave me next steps to take. Andy was super easy and personable. I felt comfortable and at ease talking with him. He is friendly, caring and it was an all around great experience. I highly recommend!
