The journey of self discovery can be accelerated by partnering with the right guide. Let me be your guide in finding your true north and purpose. The 3 offerings I have here are:I) Let's talk about your goals and blocks your have found. Together we will create a path that you have control and involvement as every course I do is customized to your needs.
II) Personal Leadership, before leading others its a good idea to examine how you are leading yourself. This course is a process of self discovery, its goal is to challenge you by a serious of activities to uncover your personal WHY statement. This is the basis of purpose and your true north that is truly unique to you.
III) Collaboration and leadership involves communication with others. If this is your block then my third offering will appeal to you. This course covers emotional intelligence and skills in active listening that support a servant leadership style.
The three courses may be taken sequentially or as you like.
