I will apply for the University and Scholarship websites and will upload your documents. I have 7 years experience of apply for foreign Universities. The acceptance letter from the professor for PhD is not condition of the Gig . We will try for acceptance letter from the professor for PhD but if we will not success , it will not effect other apply services ( University and scholarship) and price.
