In my regular job I am a manager at a multinational software/engineering company. In my role I have hired many engineers to build up new teams, in the US and other countries, both direct and indirect reports. While many (but not all) applicants are well prepared for their interviews, I noticed that many do not address in their resumes and interviews what the hiring manager is actually looking for. This is what I want to change with this gig.

- To improve your interview skills through a mock up interview with detailed feedback (Premium package)

Based on the package that you book we will have a phone or video call of 30, 60 or 90 min. Additional time can be booked as needed. We will use the time as fits best for your needs.
