In my regular job I am a manager at a multinational software/engineering company. In my role I have hired many engineers to build up new teams, in the US and other countries, both direct and indirect reports. While many (but not all) applicants are well prepared for their interviews, I noticed that many do not address in their resumes and interviews what the hiring manager is actually looking for - especially regarding visa sponsorship topics. This is what I want to change with this gig.
