In my regular job I am a manager at a multinational software/engineering company. I have hired many engineers to build up new teams, both direct and indirect reports. While many (but not all) applicants are well prepared for their interviews, I noticed that many seem to focus on the wrong aspects in their interview preparation. Others lack sufficient practice to be more confident.
In my Gig we will simulate a real job interview, either as an audio or video call. Depending on your profile and specific needs we can look into different question types, such as:
- Behavioural interview questions
- Competency interview questions (especially for those with technical background)
- Asking the right questions
If you are required to hold a (technical) presentation then we can include this in the interview simulation. I will provide detailed oral feedback how you can improve, based on your preference either directly after each question or at the end of the interview. For presentations we will also look into the structure, slide layout and your presentation skills.
If you require US visa sponsorship then can I provide advice how to respond to relevant questions.
